Respectively related to the love for their land and passion for their job, handed down for four generation, two friends and their families will take you on a journey through products that have always characterized the local economy lemons, extra virgin olive oil, Provolone del Monaco DOP, Limoncello and Pizza , with relevant European brands for their high domestic quality - IGP (Protective Geographic Indication) struggling to defend increasingly ruthless competition and globalization.
First stop is a Lemon Grove where all participants will taste local lemons and oranges jams on homemade bread, fresh squished lemonade and limoncello made with antique recipe, extra virgin olive oil plain and flavoured with lemon, orange, basil, oregano, rosemary and hot chilli peppers of course on homemade bruschetta .

Second stop will be il Turuziello which owns D.O.P brand a farm that runs strict organic line starting from feeding animals, cheese making and finishing on home grown vegetables. Benedetto the owner will present you his farm, you will start tasting cheese, fresh prepared at the moment and aged like the PROVOLONE DEL MONACO D.O.P . He will prepare cacciottine, ricotta and mozzarella, adding a fresh tomato salad and local wine.
Last step will be at the Ristorante da Francesco located in the historical centre of Schiazzano. Lucio and his son will explain you how neapolitan pizza is made using long lasting family recipe with use of mother yeast. Afterwards it is time to put aprons on and start working already prepared dough. With tarantella song in the background you will follow instructions on how to throw pizza in the air and have loads of fun! Later you will dress pizza with your favourite ingredients, two minutes in a wood owen and your pizza is ready . Water, wine and dessert are included.
