Klaudia will be there at every step of the way, with her wit and charm. She will be on hand to paint a story of how the locals live and work, and as she quotes, show how local products get from stable to table.

The first stop on your culinary adventure is the lemon grove, where you have the opportunity to sample homemade lemon and orange marmalades served on homemade Pannettone. Sip fresh lemonade and limoncello, learning about all that goes into these traditional recipes. Finally, taste several flavours added to extra virgin olives oils, including lemon, orange, basil, oregano, rosemary, and even hot chili, served on homemade bread.

Head to a cheese farm that specializes in organic cheese made from fresh ingredients.Taste cheese, starting with provolone del Monaco, continue on to sample Cacciotti, ricotta, and mozzarella, made on the spot ! accompanied by ever flowing chilled wine. Visit to the farm animals also included.

Finally, head to a pizza making workshop, learning how Neapolitan pizza is made using a long-time family recipe using mother yeast. Afterward, it's time to don your apron and start working with the dough. Listen to the tarantella song and have fun as you throw pizza dough in the air. Later on, dress the pizza with your favorite ingredients. In just 2 minutes in the wood oven, your pizza is ready to eat. Water and Wine are included.
