Head to a cheese farm that specializes in organic cheese made from fresh ingredients.Taste cheese, starting with provolone del Monaco, continue on to sample Cacciotti, ricotta, and mozzarella, made on the spot ! accompanied by ever flowing chilled wine. Visit to the farm animals also included.
