 No stay in Sorrento is complete without a trip to the island of Capri. Enjoy the opportunity to visit a beautiful villa, explore Capri’s main square, take in stunning views, and learn about the island’s history from your guide.

Sail across the bay of Naples as you start this unforgettable day. In the town of Anacapri, get a chance to visit Villa San Michele, the fabulous villa of Dr. Axel Munthe, a Swedish doctor who detailed his time on Capri in the best-selling book Story of San Michele. As you tour the villa admire a beautiful shady garden with a terrace offering splendid views of the island.

Venture down to the town of Capri, home to chic shops and restaurants along winding streets. Discover Piazza Umberto I, the main square, featuring a white church and several open-air cafés where you can sit and watch the world drift by. As you leave the square, spot medieval alleys and arcades full of shops selling local handicrafts, clothing, and ceramics as well as jewelry made with gold and coral.

Admire the colourful Gardens of Augustus overlooking the famed Faraglioni rocks and Marina Piccola where the singer Gracie Fields once lived. Then enjoy leisure time to explore on your own and admire the elegant boutiques, stroll along the cobbled streets, or simply relax on the beach before returning to Sorrento.

Pick up by bus and transfer to the port of Sorrento.
Departure by fast Jet from Sorrento to Capri. Once on the island you will catch the bus with your guide to reach Anacapri.
The Town of Anacapri is located on the hills of the island and its beauty is undoubtedly more suggestive, intimate and charming than the centre of Capri.
After a guided tour, you will have free time to relax, catch the chairlift or visit Villa San Michele that hosted the famous Swedish doctor Axel Munthe.
The second stop will be the centre of Capri. The Island is the Naples’s gem . You could walk along the famous Via Camerelle, stop in the famous “Piazzetta” and have free time to relax, do shopping or visit the blue grotto (good sea conditions). Return to Sorrento by jet.
